WPC 80 is a high quality, carefully processed and entirely produced in Germany protein concentrate. It is characterized by very good solubility and complete and unchanged whey protein. The neutral version contains no additives and contains almost 80% pure protein.

2) S.U. Casein protein CAS 90

I also regularly consume pure casein from the Union supplement. It is not micellar casein, but high purity calcium caseinate. Solubility in milk and water is also good, but somewhat thicker.

The nutritional value is gigantic. The tasteless version has a protein content of over 90% and contains no ingredients other than casein.

Casein fills you up for a relatively long time, and protein is absorbed by the body with some delay. With this powder, I mix breakfast cocktails with coffee and some milk. In my diet, I also like to use it as a shake in between. CAS 90 is also very suitable for baking as a substitute for low carbohydrate flour. This is why I always have a bank both in the office and at home in the kitchen.

3) S.U. Fantastic Multicomponent Protein

I haven’t consumed this protein powder as often anymore. However, I can absolutely see the benefits here if you don’t want to have several different protein powders in your closet. If you’re looking for the best all-around option, Fantastic Protein is the right choice for you. It is composed of 60% whey protein and 40% casein protein. So you have a mixture of fast-available and slow-digesting proteins. The value for money is also unbeatable here (especially with neutral taste).

Consistency is somewhere in the middle between WPC 80 and CAS 90, and it is also good for baking (if not as good as CAS 90).

4) Synforce Matrix Learning Accelerator

Actually, there is nothing special about this amplifier. Basically all inclusive, which is what I expect from a typical Pre Workout Booster. The ingredients are presented transparently and make sense.

With 200 milligrams of caffeine per serving, it pushes me pretty well, and with 7.5 grams of citrulline malate, it also gives me a decent pump. You can take the creatine monohydrate it contains in a daily dose.

There are no experiments with questionable ingredients here. You get a booster that you don’t like and that knows what you are getting.

This is a low carb recipe. Therefore, there is no need to skimp on this booster in the diet.

5) Royal Flavor Powder

Last but not least, probably the best flavored powder on the market. In my opinion, aroma powder is far superior to all drops because it can be used in many different ways.
